4) The new banner, purchased at $3,175 has a new minimum bid price set immediately for $9,500 and their banner will run for at least one week before being challenged by another bidder ...
5) Eventually, the PUBLISHED LIFETIME price for the banner ad spot is sold and then the banner is no longer available for bidding.
6) LIFETIME PRICE is subject to change at any time until purchased.
